Our source tells us that the couple does not want matters to get messy, as it would impact their teenage son Arhaan.
Malaika has apparently got in touch with noted divorce lawyer Vandana Shah to discuss her case. The initial talks have been done and the counsel, we hear, is now working on the consent terms of divorce by mutual petition.
