Pokemon Go has people on their feet and out of their houses for a substantial number of hours during the day. While a lot has gone right and wrong thanks to the game, one cannot ignore the fact that the game is as addictive as additive gets. Remember the gamers who lost their lives by falling off a cliff or getting into a car accidents while trying to catch Pokemons?
While these instances do make us question how fallible the human brain is, the bigger question looming over our heads is--is it all worth it? And why do we get addicted to a game of all things so badly that we're ready to risk our lives for it?

During a recent trip to the US, a granthi (spiritual guru) of the Nirvair Khalsa Jatha came across a bunch of youngsters who were glued to their phones for hours.
After a while, when he asked them what they were doing, they said they were playing Pokemon Go.
So, back home, the religious group conducted a satsang to talk about the ways that game is affecting us, and to remind people about the importance of time.
"Pakkad is to capture and mann means your mind. The game is capturing your time, this time, will never come back again in your life," the granthi explains in the video.
"I'm not saying don't play the game, but don't just waste all of your days on this game. We think we are capturing Pokemon, but the game is actually capturing us," he said.
