Job Description
Responsibilities and key tasks
Coordination of Medical Councils: Infection Control, Medical Audit, Emergency Preparedness, and Operation Room Users etc.
Ensure meeting calendars are made
Review Minutes of Councils meetings
Identify gaps/help items
Provide feedback to operations/clinical departments
2. Accreditations:
NABH / ISO (Medical part), NABL etc
Support the planning and implementation of all requirements of accreditation
3. Audits & QI projects
Carry out routine audits of clinical areas/departments
Provide feedback to departments
Support and implement QI projects
Closure of Non conformities
4. To support Max Hospital and Legal Department in the management of
serious untoward incidents, complaints, issues of poor clinical performance
and to promote patient safety.
5. Medical Policies and Standards
Dissemination, Implementation
Train, Audits
6. Clinical indicators
To support the development, periodic review and improvement of clinical
indicators
