You updated recently?

Disable automatic.updates/ restart Windows module installer worker service

Or
Follow these

Press win + R key and type "Services.msc" and set:

"Windows Installer Modules Installer" to Manual.
"Windows Update" to Manual.

Then to go to "Control Panel", "Windows Update" then select "Change settings" and set Important Updates to "Download updates but let me choose whether to install them."
