net to check kita "virtual Disk Service" eh service show Ee nai hundi , te Device manager ch Disk Drive De Volume v Populate karte Fer v nai install hundi

try this

1. Click Start / Run and type SERVICES.MSC
2. Look for the Virtual Disk Service
3. Right click it and choose "Properties"
4. Make sure the Startup Type is Automatic, then click the Start button.
5. Reboot and try the upgrade again.

Check your Hard Disk for errors. It seems that HDD is not present. in cmos settings check SATA options. it should be AHCI for winodws 7 and ATA for windows xp.

1. Open Services.msc
2. Search for the service “Virtual Disk”
3. Right Click on the service and make it Automatic.
4. Start the Service
5. Start the Upgrade again.
