Repair pen drive

After attaching pen drive to airtel dth box its capacity is only 2mb.
I tried formatting with windows but can't get full capacity.

Almost bricked your pendrive. You can at most try reinstalling firmware for your pendrive. But revival is not guaranteed.

you can try:-

1. Open Disk Management ( Run > diskmgmt.msc )
delete all partition of usb drive and format.

OR

2. Command line option Diskpart ( search online for tutorial )

OR

3. Linux' Gparted utility , you will need to download / run linux from another usb drive.
