baki mobile te internet ghatt use kro.. bohta sochna nahi aa..

raati roti khaan ton baad lights bilkul off karke.. poore hanere ch akhaan band krke lamme pe jaya kro..

baki aah meditation wala kamm v karke dekho.. hope k gall ban jave.. good luck

i would say try hitting gym in evening so body gets to point where it feel tired, try karke dekho.
