any one can tell me that after how many days court will issued impounding notice if non-bailable warrant is already issued?

if the plan is to jump the warrant and fly out before passport is impounded, i would say dont do that. we have a relative who did it and he is stuck in US, no matter what he cannot comeback. his parents expired,his daughter got married but he couldnot attend anything.

after non bailable warrant is issued by the court, it depends on the local police station to expedite the same, agar other party has khilaoed money then less than a week to impound .. also best is instead of deliberating kab impound honge its better to take anticipatory bail
