Initially property rate may rise a bit. fer demand gatt jaani and it will settle to about current prices.

Yes, builders have waived off/removed any extra charges being charged on the name of ST.


Now they are selling property with price all inclusive.

Ready to move property vich koi GST ya tax nhi hai... only stamp duty
