as of now I have heard a lot about hydroxycut........

Avoid those so called 'fat burners'
just cut on Sugar and switch to low fat dairy products.
And avoid heavy dinner.

Fat burner wagera na khao bas khaanpeen da khayal rakho

i eat carefully .mainu mere kam te koi choc ja cake offer nahi karda. Just be mindful. Mai halanki ek dum fit aa fer v nahi khanda.
mai coke ja koi drink nahi peenda. Choclate cakes ice cream mitha kuch nahi khanda.
Baki green tea pee leya karo. Fibre jada khao. Salads jada khao. Bukhe nah rehna nahi ta hormotte hojana tusi sab ne. Fast karan naal body conservative mode ch chal jandi.eh apna brain signal bhejda ki not enough food meaning store evrything. Body sab store karan lag pendi aa.
So eat healthy and din ch 30 45 mins daily workout karna.

koi weight gainers kam nai karde ehda. Fat gain nu weight gain je keha janda ta junk food kha lao.

dudh peeya karo
je bahuta hi hai te protein shake peeleya karo par oh vi dekh ke lena. Din ch sirf ek time jada pverload karke kidneys v fail hojandia. Excess ch daru hove ja kuch hor asar same hi aa.

unydine kha lo ... fat burner , ya fir lypocid 500 ... or gmc total fat burner ... saari waste hain waise ... go off carbs - wheat ,rice and shit .. only egg whites , lean chicken and veggies .. fruits are contraband .. hv papaya , 1 kela , as many apples as u want ... nothing else .. 1 week minimum of 3 kgs.. for the rest ping me ... m myself going on a diet tomorrow .. not diet persay more like no sharaab and no carb .. lets talk soon :)

No need for you to go Girlie & abstain from anything or everything, just as few of the posts above want you to :p

Eat anything or everything you wish to, but just remember to burn equally or more than what you eat

Being fit is more important than being lean or fat. Lean or fat, just tend to stay fit!

It just depends, a fat person can be comparatively fitter than a lean guy.

P.S. Don't depend on artificial supplements, if you want to retain masculinity :p

I dont think banana is a good option :p . 100 gms of banana as around 30 gms of sugar.
naale universal animal cuts khada si mere dost ne that actually works but i dnt know if it has side effects.

Brown rice kha sakde aa they are good.

Banana is a damn good source of potassium and trust me 1 a day won't do any harm.. Plus keeps u full longer .. Abt 100 calories which is ok

i normally consume one and am no way near fat. But for people with ovewhelming fat and sugar diet should avoid it

Did u just call "Ambarsariya" overwhelmingly Fat?? :o haww

For him , i wud say 1 banana a week, limit paneer intake to twice a week .. milk & dahi in abundance , no carbs, veggies (grilled , boiled , raw) limited fruits .. not more than 2 teaspoons of sugar a day, no fizzy drinks etc etc
