haan eh bhi keh rahe ke dubara issue kara lo, par dassan ta sahi ke compromise hai ke nahi.

je main processing server vich malware si ( kai months) fer ta jihne bhi atm use kita ohdi card detail copy ho gayi honi.

In case you lost the money, banks won't pay you the refund, as they will claim that the data breach did not happen in their own ATMs.

Hitachi payment processor hack hoye hai. India ch Yes Bank wale onha di services use karde ATM li. So Jehre Cards Yes Bank ATM ch use hoye onha da issue hai. Vaise Yes Bank te Hitachi Payment wale keh rehe ke eda da kujh nahi. Affected Banks are Axis, Icici, OBC, SBI& Associate. Amount is 1 crore. Biggest claim filed in bank is for 12 Lacs. Get your Debit card reissued regardless its of Visa/Master Card/Mastro/Rupay.

i tried to call my bank but couldn't get through, i guess too many customers are calling or the banks are avoiding.

If its a private bank get your debit card through app. If its a nationalized bank. go to branch and get a new card issued. This breach occurred more than 6 weeks ago. Banks blocked the cards and issued new one to the affected customers already. The news has created a panic in customers.

The problem is that the banks are not being totally honest.
They are asking customers to change pin BUT pin is not even required for international transactions where most of fraudulent purchases are made for breached cards.

The banks cant possibly have the resources to mass reissue cards.

Idha karo just to be safe,

Disable transactions by calling your bank or via Internet banking.

From time which u complaint about lost card je ohde toon baad koi transaction hundi taan bank liable aa. :p

Taan hi sab toon jada importance lost card nu dinde.

RBI de rules mutabak if there is any inconsistency on bank side or on the side of third party (like Hitachi payment processor) then customer is not responsible for the loss, bank have to compensate him, because security is their concern and if there was a breach in May /July then why they didn't awared everyone then? It's only now we got it when SBI blocked 6 lakh debit cards.
