ok then i will say about Amla the english name of amla is Indian gooseberry — denotes that it is indigenous to India.
Ek amla equals to 15 oranges,it is the heavy source of vitamin c , pata tah huna vitamin c the equality da sareya nuh
.Laboratory tests showz that every 100 gm of fresh amla provides up to 700 mg of this vitamin which is 20 times higher than what is found in an orange.And it is good for growth & falling hair too..use karoh mere mangoh silky hair ho jahne
aur meh amla boil ker keh khanda mostly.. thoda pani meh 10/15 min boil karoh then have it with urs lunch/dinner..breakfast ke time hogah toh better
NOTE: Amla is a herbs and it has lots of more benefit,i cant type whole or i dont know more of it..jitna pata se likh detah,,, it is also used in chavanprash..add nahi ate tv meh..dabur ka chyawanprash..amla sahit..

The fresh fruit(amla) contains more than 80 per cent water besides protein, minerals, carbohydrates and fibre.
