1. Mix together the crushed garlic,
salt, crushed peppercorns, lemon
juice and brandy. Add the shrimp
and marinate at least an hour or
up to overnight in the fridge.
2 Heat a heavy skillet over
medium high heat and add olive
oil. Add shrimp and garlic
mixture and cook quickly, tossing
shrimp. The longer the shrimp
has been marinating, the less
time it takes to cook. Cook until
the shrimp has turned opaque
(generally only 2-3 minutes).
Garnish with chopped parsley.
Yield: Serves 2-3 as a main dish, 4
as an appetizer.

ah lao bai ji meri recipie for garlic prawn/shrimp.

Things needed : lots of garlic at least 6-10 cloves , butter, lemon juice or white wine, red pepper flakes, parsley or dhania, Skillet, Olive oil.

Steps.

1. Put skillet on highest heat you have and pour olive oil .
2. once oil is hot. Dump in your prawn. sprinkle them with salt and cook them for 1 minute each side.
3. After that put all your crushed garlic , Chili flakes some butter (save rest for later), some parsley or dhania (save rest for later) and lemon juice or white wine.
4. once butter is melted turn heat to low and add rest of the butter. Once that butter is melted you are ready to eat now add rest of your parsley or dhania.
5. taste for seasoning.
6. eat it with bread, pasta etc..

Ready in 15-20 mins.

India normal curry bataati hun, jo tumhare bas ka hoga :p

take kadhai, cooker , add oil (groundnut, olive , even sarso will do) 1 min garam karo add zeera (cumin seeds) fir add chopped ya crushed garlic or garlic ginger paste, fer paa deo onions chopped , cook jab tak pyaaz translucent na ho je(white sa ho jayega) , fer kate hue tomataos daal do , pakao till tomato ka pulp sa nikal jaye or oil on side.

fir daalo masaale haldi, mirchi, dhania powder, namak , hor koi if u want .. cook for 2 mins ache se mix karke, ab main ingredient daal do , add water , cover and cook , end mein garam masala jab ban jaaye pura tab
