Ingredients
Kaju Powder – 1 cup
Sugar - 1 cup
Milk Powder – 1/2 cup
Ghee -1/3 cup
Elachi Powder
Method :
Make sugar syrup of one string consistency.
Add Kaju powder with elachi.
In between put Ghee for not sticking the vessel at the bottom.
When the mix is not sticking the corners.you take it down from the stove.
Now mix Milk Powder with the mix.
Put in the greased plate and cut into diamond or square pieces.
