Appetizers Kabuli Chana Chaat



Ingredients:

1 ½ cups boiled potatoes
1 cup boiled kabuli chana (white chick peas)
1 large tomato, deseeded and finely chopped
1 onion, finely chopped
1 cup beaten curds (dahi)
¼ cup boondi
2 tbsp sweet chutney
2 tbsp mint chutney
1 tbsp chaat masala
2 green chillies, chopped
¼ cup chopped coriander (dhania) leaves
¼ split spring onion
salt to taste

Method:

1. Peel and chop the potatoes into small cubes. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together.
2. Garnish with coriander leaves and spring onions.
3. Serve with chutney.
