WhatsApp is back on Windows Phone Store with new features
WhatsApp, the popular instant messaging app was taken down from the Windows Phone Store after the complaints from users. The users were not able to use the app with all its features. The app was unpublished from the store since last two weeks.
Joe Belfiore reassured everyone yesterday that they were working on a fix for the app and the app would return to the store soon. And that is what has happened. The app is now back in the Windows Phone Store.
The WhatsApp has returned on Windows Phone Store with new version and new features which were not available for Windows Phone but were present on other platforms. The latest version of the app comes with chat backgrounds, broadcast lists, privacy settings, media auto-download settings, custom notification tones as well as various bug fixes.
