It looks like Sony is working on a smartphone with a large display that will be dubbed as Xperia M Ultra, according to a new leak.

A tipster has posted a listing of the Xpeia M Ultra, which is said to be successor to the Xperia C5 Ultra, which was launched last year on Weibo. The phablet packs 6 inch display with full HD resolution and will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 652 processor.

Other specifications of the phone are expected to be 23-megapixel dual-rear camera; fingerprint scanner; USB Type-C, 4280mAh battery with Quick Charging 3.0 support; 3GB of RAM, and 32GB of inbuilt storage. One of the highlights of the device is that it is tipped to sport a 16- megapixel camera.
There is no word on pricing and availability of the phone. Also, it must be noted that this is just a leak and nothing is official as of now.
