LG-V510 is a Google Play Edition LG G Pad 8.3, not a new Nexus tablet
From few days, we are listening much about an unannounced LG-V510 Android tablet, which was earlier expected to be the next Nexus tablet, Google Nexus 8. But now it seems like the rumors were not true, as recently the open source files for this unannounced device have surfaced on LGβs own website. If you are going to download the source .zip file, in which you will get three different files. Two of which will confirm that LG-V510 will be a Google Play Edition of LG G-Pad 8.3.
For those who are unaware about what is a Google Play Edition device, let me tell you that it is a device which runs stock Android Operating System and gets the latest Android update directly from Google like other Nexus devices. Currently we are only having two Google Play Devices, namely HTC One and Galaxy S4.
