Uploading with password

Anybody please help me that how to upload a file on any free site with password protection,,

that anybody cannot download the file without entering password...

actually mein ikk family video upload karke link bhejna kise nu... bt i want ki only he can download that file...

is there is any procedure ??
plz guide in detail with site link..
