Chennai: Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M. Karunanidhi on Wednesay said his daughter and Rajya Sabha member Kanimozhi would act according to the law in the 2G spectrum scam in which she has been named as a co-conspirator by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI).
When asked whether Kanimozhi would appear before the special court in New Delhi on May 6 as per the summons, Karunanidhi said: "She will act according to law."

The CBI charged Kanimozhi and Sharad Kumar as co-conspirators after a Rs2.14 billion (Dh174.7 million) illegal money trail led right to the two of them.
Karunanidhi said the question of Kanimozhi seeking anticipatory bail cannot be answered now as it will be decided by the lawyers who will handle the case.
