- Sprouted Mung, 2 cup
- Onion finely chopped, 1 cup
- Cucumber, chopped, 1 cup
- Tomato, chopped, 1 cup
- Lettuce leaves chopped, 1 cup
- Peanuts, roasted 1 Tbsp {Optiuonal)
- Lime/lemon juice, 1 tsp
- Mint or coriander leaves, chopped 1 Tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Mix all the ingredients except for coriander in a salad bowl.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
