Recipe Spicy sausages

INGREDIENTS
500g beef sausage, cut into 5cm pieces
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic, chopped
2 white onions, chopped
1 large green bell pepper, chopped
seasoning salt, to taste
2 tbsp whipping cream
2 tbsp milk
1/4 cup Monterey Jack cheese
parsley, for garnishing
red chilli, for garnishing
prepared rice and salad, to serve

PREPARATION
1. Boil sausages in water for 15 minutes. Drain and set aside.

2. Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a pan and sauté garlic, onions and peppers for 5 minutes. Add sausage, season and cook for another 5 minutes.

3. Add whipping cream and milk. Cook for 5 minutes.

4. Add cheese and mix well over medium heat until bubbly.

5. Garnish with parsley and red chilli. Serve with rice and a fresh green salad.
