The world's first Samsung Galaxy S4 press image has been leaked, with the device, which is apparently codenamed Altius (J), expected to launch in April.

On December 27, 2012, a student from Hong Kong posted the image of what is believed to be the Samsung Galaxy S4 on Picasa, with the information naming the device the "Galaxy S IV GT-I9500", which is the name outed by a recent benchmark.

As seen above, the picture depicts the device with a less rounded top and bottom when compared to the Galaxy S3. It also seems to sport a thinner bezel and a larger screen, as well as a home button -- a feature that was missing from the previously leaked image.

The Samsung Galaxy S4 is allegedly codenamed Altius (J) and will feature a 2600mAh battery, as well aswireless charging capabilities. Accompanying that is a 4.99-inch Super AMOLED FHD screen, in addition to Samsung's eight-core processor and a flexible, unbreakable screen (which was announced by Samsung during CES 2013).

Although Samsung said the Galaxy S4 won't launch until May at the earliest, the aforementioned code name report added that it'll start shipping in April, which matches a previous rumor suggesting the same launch period.
