This smoothie contains energy boosting green tea.

- Ingredients
1 cup non-dairy milk
2 bananas, frozen
3 tablespoons matcha powder*
1 inch of vanilla bean
1 tablespoon raw honey or pure maple syrup or 3-4 pitted dates.
Handful of ice

*Matcha powder is ground Japanese green tea leaves. On average, Matcha contains less than half the amount of caffeine per cup than in a similar-sized cup of coffee.

- Directions

All all ingredients to blender (with or without ice) and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
