Ramta's dented car

Ramta was driving home one night and got caught in the middle of a real bad hail storm. With hailstones as big as golf balls, his car got dented up pretty badly.
The next day, he took it to a body shop. The owner, knowing that he is the younger brother of Santa and Banta, decided to have some fun and told him he could save some money if he goes home and blows real hard in the tailpipe, the dents would pop out.
When he got home, he told Banta about blowing into the tailpipe and Banta started blowing. Santa saw them and asked, "What are you doing?" So they told him what the body shop guy had told Ramta to do.
Santa says, "You both are so dumb! You need to roll up the windows first.
