Quick Corn Dosa

Ingredients:
1 cup - corn rava
4 tsp - rice flour
1/2 tsp - salt
Method
1 cup - corn rava
4 tsp - rice flour
1/2 tsp - salt
Method
- Corn rava and rice flour mix well with water.
- Add water to dosa consistency.
- Let it stay hours.
- Heat a pan on a medium flame.
- Take a big led full of batter of dosa and spread it on pan evenly making the edges a little thicker than inner edge.
- Spred a spoon of oil/ghee over the dosa.
- Serve hot with any chutney or pickle.
