Using her oomph to promote vegetarianism, Lara is seen wearing a dress made with lettuce leaves and other vegetables by Gavin Miguel. She is shot by ace lensman Jatin Kampani.
So what does she feel for going green? The actress is quoted as saying, “Going vegetarian is one of the easiest ways to improve our health, help countless animals and protect the Earth.”
