thats really embarrasing
I have seen these things in australia too. I came here three years ago did everything on my own.. got 8 bands applied for PR and than got it few months ago. if you are not compitent enough to do IELTS than these countries are not for you. Because people who cannot speak english properly makes the impression that Indians aint good people and dont know how to speak. Please for GOD sake stop this thing
