HP is still the world’s largest computer manufacturer, and they’ve just added a new machine to their already intimidating line of desktops: an all-in-one PC targeting enterprice markets called the HP Compaq 600 Pro, which promises to deliver performance and reliability in a compact, space-saving design.
Spec-wise, here’s what we’re looking at. When it comes to sheer horsepower, the Compaq 6000 Pro All-In-One is decidedly last generation, offering users their option of Intel Core 2 Duo Processors. You can also choose between 32 and 64 bit versions of the Windows 7 Professional operating system, opt for as much as 8GB of DDR3 memory and as much as 1TB of hard drive space, or up to 80GB of solid state memory if you prefer your data earthquake proof.
Built into the Compaq 6000 Pro is a 21.5-inch LED backlit HP BrightView LCD screen, replete with native 1080p support and dual display capability and a built-in web cam. Other specs include a 16X Max SuperMulti Optical Drive, seven USB ports, an IEEE 1394 FireWire port, a six-in-one memory card reader, optional MXM graphics and built-in TV tuner.
The HP Compaq 6000 Pro All-In-One Business PC will be available mid-July starting at prices from $899.
