Description
This is an interesting recipe for all ice cream lovers (like me) or anyone who wants to try something new (like me).. In this recipe, you will need to have a good quality ice cream so it will not melt instantly, but will turn creamy... You shouldn't buy cheap ice cream.

Ingredients:

  • A few scoops of any ice-cream of your choice (not the cheap stuff).
  • Oil for frying.
  • 1 teacup plain flour (maida).
  • Crushed corn flakes or desiccated coconut.
  • Honey, strawberry sauce, chocolate sauce, etc...
Preparation:

  1. Create balls of ice cream by scooping them up with an ice cream scoop, put these in the freezer.
  2. For the batter - Mix 1 cup of flour with 1 cup of water. (make sure it isn't watery!)
  3. Crush some cornflakes and mix with a bit of sugar.
Instructions:

  1. Chill the ice-cream scoops in the freezer.
  2. Dip the ice-cream scoops in the batter and roll into the corn flakes or desiccated coconut.
  3. Deep fry in oil for only a few seconds.
  4. Move the fried balls away from heat.
  5. Serve with the sauce of your choice. (best = 2 scoops/person)
  6. Eat. Yum Yum Yum.
  7. Make More!
