Beetroot salsa

Ingredients
  • 3 beetroots-medium size,
  • 1 tsp. ginger powder,
  • 1 tsp. amchur(mango powder),
  • 3 tsp. sugar,
  • 3 tsp. cornflour,
  • salt as per taste,
  • 1 tsp. chilli powder.
  • 1/2 tsp. mustard powder(optional).
Directions
  1. Peel and cut beetroot, in small square shape,
  2. boil it with salt and ginger powder-water should be enough to boil and remains about 1/2 cup,
  3. add sugar, chilli, amchur, cornflour(blend in 2 tbsp. water), mustard powder.
  4. cook on slow flame, for 5-7 mins.
  5. serve it with rice, bread or chips.
