dosto i have a situation. Mera ik bahut changa dost aithe UK'ch chaar saal pehlan aaya si,
par ohda visa expire hogeya si te oh wapas nai geya india nu.
hun ohne aapne app nu immigration de hawale kar ditta
te ohnu panj saal di BAND lag gayi.
matlab oh aithe wapas nai aa sakda panj saalan laye.

main eh pochna si.. is there anything he can do to come back?
kujh taan hogaa surely... (LEGALLY)
stupid immigration waliyan ne araam de naal BAND
laa ditti, idan kidan ho sakda?...
karke ohne UK di kudi de naal viah karna si..

idan di halat kahee lokhan di aa..
jere ethe galat tareeke naal UK'ch aunde,
te fir ohna nu wapas jaana pehnda.

maybe someone here can relate to this.

te je kissu nu pata hai koi v tareeka LEGALLY

he didnt go back become his family member died...
so whether u give him sympathy or not is NOT my biggest concern

and by the way... this thread wasnt created so I can have ur opinions
on whether u would give sympathy or watever to the person! u dont know their situation so u giving them sympathy is irrelevant!
also its not just about him...
this thread was created cos more people than u think go through this daily.
and i wanted to know if anyone knows how to sort this problem out.

thoda saah rakh te gal sun meri.

at first u didnt tell the other part of the story at all. accept it.
second, if this were the case, i think he may legally get back to india (consult some immigration officer)
third and above all, if u are serious abt it, u better post this query somewhere else than in Gapp-Shapp section.

Someone I know was deported from UK, his girl friend came to india, married him and took him back.
