Two guys are fighting & huge crowd builds up to see what's going on? May be film shooting or someone performing to earn some money. Suddenly, it turns into real fight & gets more worse either a good person (in only 99.9% cases) call the police or community support officers arrived on the scene. They just not try to pull away the crowd but also make effort to stop fight. Meanwhile, police take charge of incident & arrest these two guys if required, including evidence have been taken like cctv footage or other kind.
