it feels so good to be appreciated,. . . i always feel like doing something more for a person when they appreciate me
but when im treated badly . . . i still continue to do wat i need to, just not extra things. . . if im required to do something i will just do it but i wont do it cuz i want to . .. i do it cuz i need to
i dont exactly do things to be appreciated. . . i still feel good knowing that i did something good for someone even if they dont appreciate it

i am not that much after appreciation.
But I do like to get appreciated at work, coz on that basis I can really get good appraisal grades and more money next year.
I never do buttering to get appreciated, I just work hard and more hard each time. I want people to think that I am the key player in team.

appreciation is more like encouraging me..
it jus makes me feel good bout myself..
however i like to hear a lil bit of criticism every once in a while so that i can improve.. :D
