The Indian Air Force's new C-130 J aircraft, has crashed near Gawlior in Madhya Pradesh after taking off from Agra. All five air force personnel on board were killed.
The C-130J Super Hercules aircraft was airborne from Agra for a routine flying training mission.
A Defence Ministry release issued in New Delhi said the aircraft crashed 72 miles west of Gwalior airbase.
Four persons including pilot were on board. Rescue operations were on. A Court of Inquiry has been ordered to investigate into the cause of the accident.
