Singer Hardev Mahinagal, brother booked for visa fraud
MOGA:
The police have registered a case against Punjabi singer Hardev Mahinagal and his brother for duping a Moga-based youth Akali leader by Rs 4 lakh on the pretext of arranging a family visa to New Zealand.
Sulakhan Singh had lodged a complaint that he paid Rs 4 lakh to Balwinder Singh, a travel agent at Bathinda, and his brother Hardev Mahinangal, a noted Punjabi singer, for arranging a visa.
Sulakhan alleged that the accused neither arranged a visa for his family, nor refunded his money.
