Shah Rukh Khan detained at US airport again. Catches Pokemon to kill time

Trust King Khan to find a silver lining even in the darkest clouds.
Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan was detained at the Los Angeles airport by the US immigration department on Thursday. But he managed to see the humorous side to the sticky situation and made a hilarious joke about it on his Twitter handle.

While SRK was indeed not happy about being detained at another US airport, he did manage to find a bright side to the whole situation

I fully understand & respect security with the way the world is, but to be detained at US immigration every damn time really really sucks.

Everyone knows SRK’s love for Pokemon Go by now:

Khan was earlier detained at New York Airport in 2012 for over two hours by immigration officials after arriving from India in a private plane with Nita Ambani, to address students at Yale University. While Nita, wife of Reliance Industries chairman Mukesh Ambani, and the rest of their group were cleared immediately, Khan was stopped and was given immigration clearance only after about two hours. He was also detained at the Newark airport in New Jersey in 2009.

He told PTI in an interview in February this year that he holds no grudges against the US immigration department for doing their job. Instead, he would support any such measures in India if it meant strengthening the security of the country. “God forbid if there was a problem in India, I would be the first to say that we have to strengthen our security. One has to see it in a larger context, it’s a sign of the times. The world is that kind of place… you cannot hold grudges against people. We have to live with it and just be prepared for some of this stuff,” he had said.
Sikh Indian-American actor and designer Waris Ahluwalia was also barred from boarding an Aeromexico flight from Mexico City to New York in February because he refused to remove his turban. According to agencies, Waris Ahluwalia’s feet and bag were searched and swabbed at Mexico City’s international airport and he was told to remove the sweatshirt. But when they asked him to remove his turban, the 41-year-old actor refused to budge.
