An RSS activist here has filed a defamation case against Congress leaders Rahul Gandhi and Digvijay Singh for comparing the saffron outfit with terrorist organisations.
RSS activist Mukesh Pedwa has filed a case against Rahul and Singh Judicial Magistrate court under IPC sections 500 (defamation) and 153 (provocative statements). The court heard the preliminary statements today and posted the matter for further hearing on November 22, Pedwa's lawyer Minesh Pandey told reporters here.
According to Pandey, Singh had recently compared the RSS with Lashkar-e-Taiba, while Rahul had compared it with banned outfit SIMI.
