PUNJAB TO GET NRI POLICE STATION
Jalandhar April 13:
Punjab will get its first police station catering exclusively to complaints of non-resident Indians here on Sunday.
The police station, which has been set up in keeping with the ruling Shiromani Akali Dal's promises at the NRI Sammelan held in January, will be inaugurated by party president Sukhbir Badal and state Director-General of Police N P S Aulakh, officials said.
