PRATIBHA CONCERNED OVER 'REPEATED'BLASTS

President Pratibha Patil said expressed concern over "repeated" blasts in the city and conveyed condolences to the bereaved family members of the 13-year old boy who died in today's blast in Mehrauli.
"The President is deeply concerned about the repeated blasts in the national capital," Rashtrapati Bhavan spokesperson said. Union Home Minister Shivraj Patil also expressed concern over the blast and said "I convey my condolences to the family of the child, killed in today's blast in Delhi and pray for speedy recovery of the injured.
"Hospital authorities have been asked to provide all facilities for their treatment," he said. Appealing to Delhi people to remain clam, Patil said the Government has taken a series of measures recently to beef up security in Delhi. "Whatever more is required to be done will be done expeditiously," he said.
