One person was killed and 10 others were injured in a head-on collision between two vehicles on Saria-Raj Dhanwar Road in Jharkhand’s Giridih district.
A woman died on the spot and her over one-year child suffered serious leg injuries, when their trekker and a truck met with the accident, the police sources said.
The woman and her child were returning from a temple after the ‘mundan’ ritual. All the injuredwere being taken to Ranchi for admission to Rajendra Institute of Medical Sciences, the sources added.
