IIT aspirant hangs self in Kota

Jaipur: A 17-year-old IIT aspirant committed suicide in Kota on Tuesday. With this, the number of students who have committed suicides in Kota this year has go up to seven.
Official said Nirmal Yogi, who was from Sawai-Madhopur, was found hanging from a fan in his hostel room. He had enrolled with a coaching centre in Kota two months ago and had been upset after scoring poorly in his monthly test.
"Prima facie, it appeared that he committed suicide around midnight. His room was searched but we did not find any suicide note," said station house officer Kaluram Verma. "Once the family is done with all the rituals, I will send a team to investigate the matter."
