After achieving sucess with previous punjabi films like Jee Aayan Nu, Asa Nu Maan Watna Da, Dil Apna Punjabi, Mitti Waajan Maardi, Mera Pind & recently, Jag Jeondeyan De Mele, Harbhajan Mann is all set to release his next punjabi movie titled 'Heer-Ranjha'.

Unlike most of Harbhajan Mann's previous films, Heer-Ranjha will be telling the Punjabi folk tale of two lovers who died for love. It stars Harbhajan Mann as Ranjha and Neeru Bajwa as Heer. They both have worked together in Asa Nu Maan Watna Da and Dil Apna Punjabi.

Heer-Ranjha is directed by Harjit Singh and is set to release Fall/Winter 2009. The tentative release date is September 17th, 2009.
