Punjab News Expedite work at heritage complex, says minister

The Punjab Government has directed the officers of Anandpur Sahib Foundation (ASF) to complete the interior exhibit designs of the prestigious Khalsa Heritage Complex (KHC) at the earliest so that the first phase of this project could be dedicated to the nation on September 1.

This was stated by Dr Upinderjit Kaur, Finance Minister, Punjab, who is also Chairperson of the Anandpur Sahib Foundation Executive Committee, at a meeting with ASF officers. She said the project was a unique endeavour of the Punjab Government to showcase different facets and various aspects of 500 years of Sikh history and culture for the future generations about their rich Punjabi culture and glorious traditions.

She asked the officers to accomplish its all interior exhibit designs of second phase by 30th November in a transparent and fair manner by ensuring and maintaining its quality and standard.
