Despite the tall claims of the Election Commission of India (EC) about the action on all the complaints of violation of model code of conduct and assurance of no complaint for the past one week, the most conflicted below poverty line (BPL) issue is still in store for the action of EC.
The much-known BPL issue was arisen as one of the biggest complaints of violation of the model code of conduct. All the Opposition political parties and the general public are waiting for the decision of EC on the matter as the topic is related to the whole of the country.
“We have already sent the complaint to the Election Commission of India. We are also waiting for the action as the medium between the state and the Commission. As soon as we get the decision we will open it to the people.” said Sajjan Singh, Chief Election Commissioner.
