A 35-year-old woman and a 15-year-old girl were found dead at a vacant plot near Industrial Model Township (IMT), Manesar, 20 kilometres from Gurgaon, on Monday morning .
Though the identity of the two is yet to be ascertained, chances are they are mother and daughter, police said. The bodies have bullet marks and other injuries on necks and heads. The woman has four bullet injuries and the girl has two, according to police.
Cops from Manesar police station, who reached the spot, have taken the bodies into their possession and are investigating. Cartridges have also been recovered from the site that is right behind an auto stand, police said. Police suspect that the two were killed somewhere else and bodies thrown at the plot. No identification proofs were recovered.
“It appears they have been killed somewhere and dumped there. We are trying to identify them,” Jagdish Prasad, station house officer, (SHO), Manesar police station.
