Mumbai: After the tremendous success of Shah Rukh Khan and Amitabh Bachchan, seems like more big stars are invading the small screen.

News is out that Akshay Kumar will anchor a reality show on the soon-to-be launched Hindi entertainment channel from Viacom 18. The channel, which is yet to be named, is slated to go on air in the next few months.

It has been learnt that the actor is being paid Rs 1.5 crore per episode making him the highest paid artiste on television.

The show that Akshay is supposed to host is a desi version of Fear Factor with Bollywood actors as participants.

Another surprise addition to the small screen is Salman Khan, who has reportedly been roped in by Sony Entertainment for a 100-episode reality show for Rs 90 crore.

The show is called Power of 10 and is produced by Synergy Entertainment. The show is expected to hit screens by June and will be promoted by Sony during the IPL season.
