Bahujan Samaj Morcha (BSM) president Satnam Singh Kainth dubbed the 2011-12 budget presented in the Assembly by Punjab Finance Minister Dr Upinderjit Kaur as "directionless", keeping in mind the coming Vidhan Sabha elections.
Talking to newsmen here, Kainth claimed it was actually a "non-budget" and added that the SAD-BJP government government was "misleading" people and was not bothered about the day-to-day problems faced by the common man in the state.
Despite attempts by the SAD-BJP Government to befool the state's people, the latter were in a mood to change the government in the coming Assembly elections due to wrong, directionless and anti-people policies of the SAD-BJP alliance, the BSM leader claimed.
