It is the worst power plant incident in Russia since the Chernobyl disaster back in the USSR era.
On August 17, 2009 an oil-filled transformer exploded at the Sayano-Shushenskaya power plant in Siberia, bringing down the ceiling of the turbine hall, which then flooded.
72 people died.
Now they try to rebuild the destroyed sections of the plant, because it's not possible to produce enough power for the region without this plant.
It can take up to four years to do it.
