My only Ques: Are you dead sure if it'll really serve the purpose behind? Hereby you'll be giving members the authority to reward -ve repo but who'll take care of their responsibility. Not many serious heads here.

In my notion, authority and pertaining responsibility must be assumed by the forum admins only. So, it'd be much betta if the right to award -ve repo stays with them only.

There are certain checks to prevent people from abusing the system,also admins can reverse -ve reps

i dont think this should be the case for giving negative reputation

people can have different views on a topic, that doesnt mean one should give -ve reputation to the other if the former doesnt agree to what the latter is saying...

-ve reputation should mostly be given to those members who are disrespectful, dont oblige the rules of the forum

dhillon 22 agar koi banda aapko vaar-vaar -ve reputation deta raha to aap ban ho jaoge.Ae taan changa ni aa.fer taan koi vi 4 or 5 member mil kar kise nu vi ban kar sakte hai.
